Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BlueHaven Furniture Inc. within 180 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@bluehaven.shop to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected from damage during shipping.
  4. Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
  5. Drop off the package at a designated shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

For eligible returns, BlueHaven Furniture Inc. will cover the cost of return shipping. You are only responsible for the original shipping cost of the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of delivery. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
